No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, which are custom decanted to order, we do not accept returns.

Exchange Policy

We understand that errors can occur, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our customer service (+971 54 708 1844) within 3 days of receiving your order. We will happily exchange the product for the correct one or a replacement.

To initiate an exchange, please provide clear evidence of the damage or error, such as photos. We reserve the right to request additional information or verification.

Please note that exchanges are limited to the same product. We cannot offer exchanges for different fragrances or sizes.

Shipping costs for exchanged items will be covered by Parfum Library.
